About the Role

The TikTok Shop Germany Operations Strategy PMO team spearheads strategic initiatives aimed at fostering sustainable growth, enhancing seller experience, and fortifying TikTok Shop's status as a top shopping platform in Germany. This team partners with category management, seller operations, product teams, and central strategy groups to pinpoint growth avenues, launch vital initiatives, and ensure effective execution in the German market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee strategic projects that promote category growth and business expansion within Germany.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance seller experience and encourage sustainable development.
• Analyze data, market trends, and stakeholder input to detect business opportunities and operational challenges.
• Facilitate the enhancement of TikTok Shop’s reputation as a trusted, attractive shopping destination in the German market.
• Adapt and implement global or regional programs to local requirements for the German market.
• Set clear project goals, milestones, success criteria, and execution plans, actively monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
• Prepare succinct business reports, analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to decompose complex business problems into actionable plans.
• Proficient analytical capabilities with confidence in data-driven decision making.
• Excellent execution skills, managing multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities across various levels and functions.
• High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and consistent independence in driving projects to completion.
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.

Preferred Experience

• Background in e-commerce, marketplace, social commerce, social media, or digital advertising sectors.
• Experience working in fast-growing tech firms or international business contexts.
• Understanding of seller operations, category management, customer experience, or Net Promoter Score (NPS) enhancement.
• Experience aligning local implementations with global or regional strategic initiatives.
• Advanced skills in business intelligence and data analysis tools.
• Adaptable, quick learner with a proactive, hands-on approach.
