About the Role
We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage and coordinate government tender processes effectively. This role involves preparing and submitting tender documents, handling online government portals, and maintaining thorough records to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage submissions for government tenders accurately and timely.
- Prepare comprehensive tender documentation and financial quotations.
- Upload tender applications on portals like GeM, e-Procurement, and other government platforms.
- Maintain organized records of tender submissions and related documents.
- Coordinate between internal departments and external clients to facilitate smooth tendering processes.
- Monitor deadlines and stay updated on tender notifications and requirements.
Candidate Qualifications
- Prior experience participating in government tenders is essential.
- Familiarity with the GeM portal and electronic tendering procedures is advantageous.
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, managing PDFs, and handling email communications.
