Role Summary

  • Administer Greenhouse Recruiting by managing user permissions, access settings, and platform standards.
  • Keep candidate and job data accurate in the ATS and produce recurring reports on recruitment activity, KPIs, and referral programs.
  • Create and deliver training, visual process guides, and troubleshooting resources to help hiring managers and teams use the platform effectively.
  • Protect confidential employee and candidate information while following federal, state, and local employment rules throughout the hiring process.
  • Carry out additional related tasks as needed, since responsibilities may change over time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, with internships, administrative fellowships, or student leadership work also counting toward this requirement.
  • Hands-on experience managing logistics, multi-step planning, and calendars.
  • Proven ability to keep sensitive information confidential and use sound professional judgment.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected U.S. hourly pay rate for this position is $33.65 per hour, and NPR notes that the listed range is the same minimum and maximum rate for new hires across U.S. locations.
