Overview

Sebastian and Wolf Real Estate in Dubai seeks a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Listing Specialist to enhance their team. This role centers on engaging property owners to source new listings and providing essential support to sales and leasing teams through quality inventory management.

Key Duties

Conduct outbound telephone communication with property owners and prospective clients.
Secure new sales and rental property listings.
Develop and nurture relationships with landlords to encourage collaboration.
Accurately gather comprehensive property information including pricing, availability, images, and documentation.
Follow through with property owners to finalize listing agreements and exclusive contracts.
Keep precise records of calls, leads, and follow-up actions within CRM systems.
Work collaboratively with agents to publish and actively promote listings.
Meet or exceed listing acquisition targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in telesales, call center operations, customer service, or real estate is desirable.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Confidence in handling a large volume of outgoing calls.
Professional telephone etiquette is essential.
Goal-oriented, organized, and tenacious mindset.
Good command of English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is advantageous.
Ability to keep accurate records and maintain consistent follow-ups.
