Telecalling Executive

Overview

We are looking for a caring and articulate Telecalling Executive to join our dental clinic team. This role involves managing patient communications through phone calls, organizing appointments, following up with patients, and delivering a positive overall experience by maintaining effective communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephonic communication professionally for various clinical purposes.
• Arrange, confirm, reschedule, and remind patients of their scheduled appointments.
• Address patient inquiries courteously and effectively.
• Maintain precise patient data and keep appointment schedules up to date.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Age preferably 28 years or older.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.
• Knowledge of Gujarati or Marathi languages is a plus.
• Education level of 12th pass or graduate.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Skills Needed

• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Polite telephone manners with a patient-focused attitude.
• Basic proficiency in computer use.

Compensation and Working Conditions

The monthly salary starts at 15,000 INR and is negotiable, with additional performance-related incentives available. The position requires working six days a week at the Kandivali East, Thakur Complex location.
