Job Overview

Regal Jewellers Llp is seeking energetic Telecallers in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to connect with customers and promote jewellery saving schemes and discounts.

Primary Duties

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, presenting details of current schemes and promotional deals.
• Inform clients about new jewellery saving programs, discounts, and special events organized by the company.
• Keep a daily log of calls made and update customer feedback in the database system.
• Encourage customers to visit the showroom or to enroll in available schemes.
• Regularly follow up with interested prospects to nurture leads.
• Address basic customer inquiries related to schemes, offers, and services.
• Collaborate with the showroom sales team to arrange customer appointments and visits.
• Meet daily and weekly goals for calls and conversions as set by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in local languages such as Tamil, Malayalam, or English, depending on the area.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations including Excel and CRM software usage.
• A friendly demeanor and customer-centered approach.
• Minimum educational qualification of 12th standard pass or any graduate degree.
• Between zero to two years experience in telecalling, sales, or retail customer service; jewellery industry experience is a plus.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration offered ranges from 15,000 to 25,000 INR.
