Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Telecaller to join Mmj Ceramics Private Limited at our Coimbatore location. The role primarily involves reaching out to existing customers for repeat business, following up on quotations, and supporting our sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing clientele to encourage repeat purchases and maintain relationships.
• Reach out to retailers, builders, contractors, and prospective customers to generate business.
• Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries to drive sales conversion.
• Arrange appointments for the field sales personnel.
• Respond professionally to customer queries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database daily.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and accounts departments to streamline operations.
• Focus on building and nurturing long-term customer connections.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess any Degree or Diploma.
• Effective communication skills in Tamil are essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Excel.
• Display a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong communication abilities are welcome to apply.
