Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals and supports long-term growth.
• Lead functions including software engineering, IT operations, cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and governance.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives emphasizing modernization, automation, and innovation.
• Establish technology roadmaps, architectural standards, development frameworks, and best engineering practices.
• Supervise the design, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise technology platforms and digital solutions.
• Guarantee technology implementations are secure, scalable, reliable, and meet business requirements.
• Administer budgets, vendor relations, software investments, and resource allocation within technology departments.
• Collaborate with product, operations, finance, and executive leaders to prioritize strategic technology projects.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, AI trends, cloud platforms, and best practice methodologies to seize innovation opportunities.
• Implement governance, risk management, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

Required Qualifications

• In-depth expertise in enterprise technology strategy, software engineering, cloud computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience overseeing engineering and IT teams.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities at the executive level.
• Proven track record managing enterprise software development, cloud architectures, DevOps, IT operations, and transformative technology programs.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, system integration, infrastructure oversight, and information security principles.
• Experience with leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Business acumen with experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and strategic technology investments.
• Excellent analytical reasoning, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
