Job summary
This role is for a Technical Support Engineer who will help customers with product and service-related technical issues. The position focuses on diagnosing problems, delivering quick and accurate solutions, and maintaining a strong customer experience through responsive support.
Key responsibilities
- Offer technical help to users through phone, email, chat, and ticketing platforms.
- Investigate, identify, and resolve problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Record, monitor, and follow up on support cases until they are fully closed.
- Route difficult or unresolved issues to senior support or engineering teams when needed.
- Guide customers through installation, setup, configuration, and product usage.
- Prepare and maintain support resources such as technical notes, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
- Work in line with service-level commitments to ensure issues are addressed within the expected timeframe.
- Coordinate with internal teams to enhance product performance and improve the overall customer experience.

Compensation
The role offers an annual pay range of INR 4,00,000 to INR 6,00,000.
