About the Role

This opportunity is based in Mohali district, India, for a Technical Recruiter specializing in US IT recruitment with a focus on US shifts (CST time zone). The role entails managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various technical roles supporting US clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and disseminate job advertisements tailored for technical roles across prominent IT job portals, social media networks, and other relevant sourcing venues.
• Identify, evaluate, and shortlist qualified candidates for diverse technical positions leveraging structured assessments.
• Conduct interviews employing structured formats that include technical and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive candidate pipeline using a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all candidate data is accurate and regularly updated.
• Keep abreast of emerging technological trends and industry developments to inform strategic recruitment decisions.
• Engage in tech conferences, networking functions, and professional gatherings to connect with IT professionals and broaden talent sourcing networks.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proven experience in US IT recruitment across multiple technologies and domains.
• Hands-on familiarity with various US visa categories including H-1B, H-1B Transfer, OPT-EAD, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, TN visa, Green Card holders, and US citizens.
• Solid understanding of US employment frameworks including tax classifications such as W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099 arrangements.
• Knowledgeable about US time zone differences with a track record of coordinating interviews nationwide.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Capability to manage multiple hiring requirements concurrently while delivering high-quality candidates within stipulated timelines.
