Role Summary
The Technical Product Operations Manager acts as the keystone for LinkIt's cross-disciplinary product lifecycle management, bridging Product, Engineering, AI Transformation, and Client Services to ensure seamless execution of roadmap deliverables from inception through launch.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain enterprise-level project management frameworks to vigilantly monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring all roadmap milestones are met without omission.
- Oversee feature release processes end-to-end, coordinating development-to-production deployments to eliminate surprises within the organization.
- Lead operational readiness by conducting internal training and hand-offs post feature validation, preparing Solutions Center and Account Management teams to implement and educate school districts.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to align client-facing materials, release notes, and announcements precisely with engineering deployment schedules.
- Support evaluation of third-party software and build-versus-buy assessments to align technology choices with business strategy.
- Assist in customer implementation activities to facilitate successful adoption.
- Partner with non-technical units to diagnose operational bottlenecks and translate manual workflows into detailed, high-quality requirements.
- Manage AI Operations projects, driving the design, validation, and deployment of internal agentic AI solutions to boost business efficiency.
- Define, track, and maintain comprehensive KPI dashboards covering engineering metrics (like delivery velocity and sprint predictability), AI utility adoption and ROI, as well as system health indicators for internal teams.
- Aggregate departmental metrics and strategic project progress, aiding CTO/CIO in preparing impactful presentations for the Board.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical project management, product operations, technology consultancy, or fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles, data workflows, and modern web application architectures; familiarity with API-integrated tech stacks such as Salesforce, Google, OneRoster, PowerSchool is advantageous.
- Comfortable engaging with emerging generative and agentic AI technologies, with a proactive attitude towards learning their frameworks.
- Detail-oriented execution style with strong organizational skills and the ability to enforce accountability across leadership and teams.
- Excellent communication skills capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including marketing and executives.
Additional Information
- Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $150,000 annually, dependent on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
