Role Overview
We seek a Technical Lead enthusiastic about advancing enterprise AI solutions. This position offers far more than conventional software engineering. You will nurture technical talent, help define and execute product strategies, maintain high coding standards, and contribute meaningfully in a dynamic, high-autonomy environment where direction may be unclear and ever-evolving.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, maintainable, and high-performance code across projects.
- Mentor and guide less experienced developers, fostering their technical and professional growth.
- Collaborate directly with management to steer product direction and go-to-market initiatives.
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver value iteratively.
- Prototype and deploy AI-powered solutions for sectors like claims, compliance, risk, and client onboarding using Autothought and domain-adapted RAG technologies.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of internal tools employing React, Express, and integrating secure NLP pipelines.
- Ensure all deployments are secure and meet rigorous compliance standards.
- Work closely with R&D to stay abreast of advancements in LLM orchestration, embeddings, and model compression.
- Contribute to open source and internal solutions outside of direct client delivery cycles.
