About the Role
Are you ready to leverage your expertise in building services engineering in a consulting capacity, guiding clients through digital transformation? Trimble MEP is seeking a communicative individual with a technical background to inspire users with expertise in Trimble Nova and solve complex challenges in technical building equipment (TGA).

Why This Role is Exciting
As a specialized power user of Trimble Nova, you will act as a strategic technical advisor to clients, moving beyond traditional planning to actively shape workflows at leading TGA firms across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the direct technical contact and trusted advisor to professional customers.
- Independently manage client onboarding and application of our CAD and calculation software.
- Resolve complex technical inquiries through an expert hotline focusing on heating, ventilation, and sanitation (HLS).
- Help users maximize productivity via optimal use of the Trimble MEP software suite.
Qualifications and Experience
- Trained technical system planner, technician, or engineer specializing in building services engineering (HLS).
- Confident demeanor with enthusiasm for professional client engagement.
- Structured work style with ability to clearly explain complex topics.
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written, for regional client support.
- Experience with CAD/CAE software in the HLSE fields (heating, ventilation, sanitation, electrical engineering), especially Trimble Nova.
- Prior experience in technical support or software implementation is advantageous.
