Job description
Role Overview
We seek a Technical Analyst specializing in SAP ABAP and integration solutions who will design, create, and support enhancements and interfaces connecting SAP and non-SAP systems. This role focuses on delivering robust, secure, and scalable technical solutions that improve business workflows across manufacturing, finance, supply chain, sales, and shared services while adhering to SAP development and integration standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize SAP ABAP programs, reports, workflows, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms.
- Lead integration projects linking SuccessFactors with SAP ECC/S4HANA via SAP PI/PO, CPI, or direct APIs, managing payroll, recruitment, employee data, and performance management connectors to maintain data accuracy.
- Design, build, and monitor system integrations involving SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, and third-party platforms (such as payroll and time management systems), ensuring integration architecture supports scalability and performance standards.
- Develop and support interfaces utilizing IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, and SOAP/REST services, promptly troubleshooting integration challenges.
- Optimize custom developments and integrations through ABAP performance tuning to reduce latency and errors.
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants across HR and Finance to define requirements and create end-to-end solutions.
- Create and provide end-user training materials alongside maintaining technical and functional documentation.
- Offer ongoing technical assistance for ABAP and integration components, diagnosing root causes as the main escalation point.
- Manage SAP ABAP and SuccessFactors integration initiatives, including upgrade support, compatibility testing, change management, and version control.
- Contribute to IT policies and processes to ensure consistency in operations.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience in S/4HANA or ECC environments.
- Proven experience integrating SAP with external systems.
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
