Key Responsibilities
- Delivering education through webinars and seminars to update branch and franchisee partners on market conditions and scenarios.
- Creating customized research for financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals.
- Proposing enhancements to web portals and apps by identifying valuable features.
- Developing and refining market analysis techniques to anticipate market changes ahead of others.
- Generating 10-12 daily trading recommendations achieving approximately a 60% success rate.
- Focusing on Index Option Calls, hedged option strategies, combo future hedged calls, and short-term delivery trades with higher yield potential.
- Supporting branch sales, franchisee teams, and online teams by addressing technical queries and advising on position management.
- Conducting morning and midday market conference calls to update sales and dealing teams on market developments and derivative data.
- Sharing trading calls in forums with franchisee partners, branch managers, zonal and regional heads, and research leaders.
- Maintaining regular communication with branch managers, zonal heads, and regional heads to support team improvements.
- Directly offering research insights to high-net-worth online clients and addressing their position queries.
- Providing research support to institutional teams and maintaining contact with institutional dealers and managers.
- Preparing daily and weekly technical research reports covering market indices, sectoral and global analyses to aid dealer and advisor client pitching.
- Conducting client seminars to encourage safe derivative trading culture and training branch staff and advisors to enhance their skills.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong understanding of technical analysis concepts, including technical and candlestick patterns, moving averages, trend determination, price-volume analysis, continuation patterns, and oscillators.
- Proficiency in derivatives analysis, covering Put-Call Ratios (PCR), open interest, option pricing, Volatility Index (VIX), and Foreign Institutional Investor (FII) activity.
- Ability to analyze interrelationships between diverse asset classes and integrate technical with macroeconomic analysis to formulate trading strategies.
