Tech & Digital Operations Manager

About the Role

The Doctorpreneur Academy is looking for a Tech & Digital Operations Manager with experience in the online digital coaching sector. This role involves managing various digital tools, platforms, and communications to support company operations.

Key Duties

• Leverage experience in the online digital coaching domain to optimize operations.
• Handle vibe coding platforms such as Lovable and Replit for relevant tasks.
• Design and manage basic website functionalities.
• Adopt and implement the latest AI tools to enhance workflows.
• Deploy IT tools and online systems essential to the company.
• Coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Manage business communication platforms including Zoom, WhatsApp Business, and Email Marketing tools.

Qualifications & Learning Approach

A degree in any field is acceptable, with preference for BCA, MCA, or B.Tech, although candidates from other streams are welcome. Selection is heavily based on the candidate's aptitude and learning enthusiasm rather than formal education alone.

Compensation & Advancement

• Salary ranges from ₹35,000 to ₹55,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skill level.
• Receive direct mentorship from founders with backgrounds from IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Roorkee, and AIIMS.
• Potential to grow into senior roles such as Marketing Head or Operations Head.
• Gain exposure to advanced AI tools and modern online business systems.

Work Schedule & Location

• Work five days a week from the office, hours are 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Remote work from home on Saturdays.
• Office located at Corporate Road, Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
