Role Overview

We are recruiting a full-time Team Member to join our Bath, Stall Street restaurant. This role focuses on front-of-house duties within a vibrant and welcoming team environment. Starting wages can reach up to £14.05 per hour, which includes an hourly bonus. Importantly, this position offers no zero-hour contracts, ensuring stable working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh fish and ingredients for menu items.
• Assembling maki rolls and crafting signature itsu dishes.
• Cooking with attention to detail and precision.
• Maintaining rigorous food quality and safety standards.
• Providing outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.

Training and Career Development

No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided. This includes hands-on in-store learning supported by the team and managers, coupled with digital courses accessible via itsu's app and Academy.
