Position Overview

We are looking for a Team Manager to join our leadership team at our prestigious Crown Casino location in Melbourne. This key leadership position demands a seasoned retail professional eager to leave a significant impact by enhancing team performance and advancing the client experience. Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an experienced people leader with a demonstrable history of enhancing performance in luxury or premium retail settings. A strong commercial perspective is essential, preferably with P&L responsibility or comprehensive store/multi-site management experience. The role requires the ability to navigate complex situations, identify growth opportunities, and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
