Role Overview
We are seeking an engaging and enthusiastic Team Leader to energize our store operations at Card Factory. This position places you at the core of the store environment, where you will provide vital support to the Store Manager, inspire and keep the team motivated, and ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience and leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store activities to foster excellent customer experiences and drive business success.
- Demonstrate leadership by example, embodying the Card Factory values through outstanding service and team guidance.
- Assist in team development by encouraging growth and skill advancement of staff.
- Lead store initiatives, maintain clear communication, foster an inclusive and positive atmosphere.
- Monitor financial and operational performance to maintain store efficiency and team well-being.
- Assume full responsibility for store operations during the Store Manager’s absence, handling all tasks with confidence and care.
