About the Role

As a Team Leader at Asda in Wrexham, you will be central to managing the daily operations of your department. Your leadership will involve guiding your colleagues by example, facilitating smooth operations, and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing stock management, mentoring new employees, and addressing any issues on the shop floor. Collaborating closely with your manager, you will help uphold high standards and maintain team motivation and focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with managing inventory and stock control tasks.
