Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner who will not just fill vacancies but actively shape our company’s future by recruiting top talent for Technician and Sales/Accounting roles across our partner companies. In this key role, you will introduce candidates to our vibrant culture and articulate why Cobalt Service Partners is an exceptional workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume recruiting, particularly for Technicians in doors and security systems.
Identify and engage passive candidates, building extensive networks to find perfect fits for diverse roles.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Collaborate closely with department managers to refine job descriptions, understand role requirements, and establish hiring criteria.
Work within a supportive team environment, contributing to new recruitment strategies and sharing best practices.
Ensure all hiring processes comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Perform additional recruitment-related duties as required, including occasional travel to support hiring initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a compensation package structured as a base salary plus commission, targeting an on-target earnings range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Cobalt provides a comprehensive benefits suite including healthcare coverage, a 401(k) match, and flexible time off policies.
