Role Overview

As part of exponential growth efforts, OGP seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for attracting and securing talented builders, designers, and innovators who drive their product work. This individual will join a nimble People team and have the autonomy to reimagine and construct scalable hiring models and create exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle across OGP, focusing heavily on priority engineering, product, and design positions.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering leads and division heads to align on hiring goals.
• Develop and track hiring metrics, set service level agreements, and aim to close six roles monthly once established.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches, referrals, and community channels.
• Enhance the quality of recruitment pipelines and improve conversion rates at the top of the funnel.
• Build the Talent Acquisition function’s processes, tools, and frameworks to enable scalable hiring.
• Deliver a framework for hiring metrics and SLAs within the first 90 days.
• Maintain an up-to-date centralized record of all open roles and hiring priorities.
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment among the People team, hiring managers, and leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and closing candidates.
• Strong hands-on sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search techniques, and community networking, with a track record of successful candidate pipelines.
• Experience hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineering, Product, or Design positions, including the ability to assess technical aptitude and appropriately level candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to develop Talent Acquisition systems, processes, or tools from the ground up within startup or high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with employer branding, employee value proposition, or initiatives focused on enhancing candidate experience.
