Role overview
Oji Fibre Solutions is seeking a Sustainability Manager to join its group-wide sustainability team in a role that helps deliver the company’s goal of being the preferred supplier of pulp and packaging while contributing to a brighter future.
The position sits within the Group Governance division and reports to the Group Manager – Sustainability. You will work alongside another Sustainability Manager, with responsibilities that can be shaped around your strengths and the team’s priorities.
This is a practical, delivery-focused role for someone who can combine hands-on execution with a systems-based view, linking data, processes, and real-world outcomes.
Key focus areas
- Supporting sustainable fibre sourcing and carrying out supplier due diligence
- Managing certification activities, including FSC and PEFC, and coordinating audits
- Running SEDEX and EcoVadis programmes
- Preparing sustainability reporting, including the annual Sustainability Report
- Tracking and reporting emissions for Scope 1 and Scope 2, while helping develop Scope 3 reporting
- Maintaining sustainability data, systems, and performance reporting
- Responding to customer ESG questions and reporting requests
- Contributing to related initiatives such as biodiversity and modern slavery programmes

Location and working arrangement
