Role Overview
The Supply Chain Operations Analyst will manage and optimize supply chain functions including planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service operations. The role focuses on the order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and delivered efficiently by maintaining inventory control, coordinating logistics, and guaranteeing timely delivery to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis and resolve relatively low-complexity issues related to supply chain operations.
- Collaborate primarily with peers within the organization and update supervisors accordingly.
- Support finance-related processes such as order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, and financial settlement.
- Implement best practices in order management, from order creation to fulfillment, including service provisioning and billing activation.
- Manage distributed order management for both online and physical networks.
- Operate mainly as an individual contributor within a team, handling a focused scope of work.
- Adapt to moderate guidance on routine tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.
- Work may occasionally require participation in rotational shifts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Any graduation degree.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of analytical thinking.
- Capability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
