Supply Chain Manager

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Supply Chain Manager to lead, streamline, and improve the entire supply chain operations. This position entails oversight of procurement, inventory planning, logistics, vendor relations, warehousing, and optimizing operational performance to guarantee continuous business flow and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance all stages of the supply chain including purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, transport, and distribution.
• Formulate supply chain strategies that support the company's growth objectives and operational targets.
• Supervise inventory monitoring and ensure precise demand forecasting to prevent stockouts or surplus inventory.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Conduct negotiations related to pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers and service vendors.
• Monitor critical supply chain performance indicators to reveal opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
• Guarantee timely delivery of goods while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
• Lead initiatives aimed at process improvement, automation, and enhancing operational efficiency within the supply chain.
• Manage warehouse operations, dispatch planning, and logistics activities effectively.
• Address and resolve issues concerning supply delays, inventory discrepancies, or operational bottlenecks.
• Compile and present procurement, inventory, and supply chain performance reports and dashboards.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards across supply chain functions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations management.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory planning, vendor relations, and logistics management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and experience using supply chain or inventory management software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to prioritize and handle several tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, or industrial domains.
• Knowledge of supply chain automation and process improvement projects.
• Possession of professional certifications in Supply Chain Management or Operations is advantageous.
