Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize the complete supply chain process, ensuring seamless flow of goods, materials, and information from suppliers to customers. This role involves creating supply chain strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, managing supplier relations, and maintaining inventory levels while balancing cost, service quality, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Supervise entire supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, logistics, warehousing, and product distribution.
• Oversee inventory management to maximize availability and reduce carrying costs.
• Manage demand forecasting, planning, and supply scheduling activities.
• Build and sustain effective partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics service providers.
• Assess supplier performance and negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure value.
• Streamline transportation and warehouse processes for operational efficiency.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.
• Utilize key performance indicators and operational metrics to analyze and improve supply chain performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory compliance, and company policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, production, and operations to enhance overall business results.
• Manage ERP and supply chain management systems to boost data accuracy and visibility.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and strategic insights.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
