Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and enhance our supply chain processes. The role involves managing procurement, supplier partnerships, inventory planning, logistics coordination, and implementing process improvements to maintain efficient and dependable supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement supply chain strategies in line with organizational goals.
• Oversee all supply chain activities including procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and business collaborators.
• Conduct negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service agreements to meet cost and quality targets.
• Monitor demand forecasts, inventory statuses, and supply planning to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Evaluate supply chain metrics and initiate enhancements.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and production teams to assure seamless supply chain execution.
• Manage logistics functions such as transportation, warehousing, and delivery operations.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and formulate contingency strategies to uphold business continuity.
• Streamline processes to minimize costs, boost efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for executive management.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team to fulfill organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or operations management roles.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing methods, supplier oversight, inventory control, and logistics operations.
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and cost reduction strategies.
• Strong leadership qualities and project management expertise.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in ERP software, Microsoft Excel, and supply chain management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
