Supply Chain Executive

Role Overview

This part-time position for a Supply Chain Executive is located in Dubai and offers a hybrid schedule combining on-site presence and remote work flexibility. The selected candidate will be responsible for facilitating daily supply chain functions, such as managing material coordination, tracking inventory, and ensuring effective supplier communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with demand and production planning efforts to ensure smooth operations.
• Track order statuses closely and identify any process bottlenecks.
• Prepare detailed reports to enable informed, data-driven supply chain decisions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and guarantee adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in supply chain operations and production planning to manage material flows effectively.
• Experience with demand planning alongside strong analytical capabilities for forecasting and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP or supply chain management software, basic inventory management knowledge, and experience in project management contexts is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work environment, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
