Role Responsibilities

• Address complex challenges across diverse areas such as Operations, Go-To-Market strategies, and Partnerships.
• Design and implement innovative solutions that enhance product quality and drive positive business results.
• Collaborate directly with the founders to set operational KPIs and ensure their achievement.
• Develop and streamline scalable processes to sustain Venn’s rapid growth trajectory.
• Analyze data to generate impactful insights for internal teams, including Product, to elevate customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in dynamic settings such as high-growth startups, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Highly analytical mindset with strong logical reasoning.
• Proven capability to own and lead complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Passionate about data utilization; proficient in tools like SQL, Python, and Excel to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
• Inherently curious, challenges the status quo, and adept at breaking down intricate problems into manageable parts.
• Effective at driving projects from concept to launch while coordinating across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in early-stage or rapidly growing startups.
• Background in financial technology (fintech).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL.
