Role Overview

The Strategy & Operations Manager position involves leading key initiatives to support Revolut's ongoing global expansion and operational excellence. The role focuses on addressing complex challenges at scale by creating efficient systems and driving scalable processes across the business. You will be tasked with shaping priorities, managing projects that enhance infrastructure and customer experience, and nurturing supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and refining processes to support Revolut's rapid growth trajectory
• Leading critical infrastructure projects to strengthen operational capabilities
• Prioritizing projects strategically and establishing timelines to expedite goal achievement
• Identifying innovative features that enhance the customer journey
• Overseeing key vendor partnerships and developing performance monitoring frameworks
• Forging strategic supply chain collaborations and negotiating commercial agreements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• At least a 2:1 degree from an esteemed university
• Minimum of two years' experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in coding languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Proven experience managing complex projects with full ownership through to completion
• Exceptional problem-solving ability, breaking down intricate issues into manageable components
• A passion for data analysis and insight-driven decision making
• Strong curiosity and determination to make a significant impact
• Interest in the financial services sector
