Position Overview

Joining Levi Strauss & Co. as a Store Supervisor offers a dynamic environment where innovation and adaptability are embraced. You will act as a vital liaison connecting our products to customers while supporting and guiding the store Stylists.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and stand in for the management team to deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) and capitalize on profit opportunities.
• Establish and drive daily and weekly individual sales goals for the store team to enhance overall store performance.
• Track team performance and KPIs by generating reports and communicating findings to management.
• Assist with store administration including stock management, payroll processing, general admin tasks, and schedule coordination.
• Enhance customer experience by delivering personalized one-on-one service and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Inspire, mentor, and foster team growth through coaching, training, and sharing product knowledge.
