Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping storage units, hallways, restrooms, and elevators
• Dispose of trash properly to maintain facility cleanliness
• Manage and keep track of cleaning supplies, requesting restocking when necessary
• Take on additional duties as assigned

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role involves moderate safety risks requiring adherence to safety protocols, including working near moving machinery and exposure to fumes or irritant chemicals. Physically, the job demands prolonged periods of standing, moving outdoors, reaching varied heights, and handling equipment weighing up to 50 pounds either alone or with assistance.
