Primary duties
- Manage customer transactions, storage unit rentals, and service interactions
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and up-to-date records
- Help keep the storage facility clean and secure
- Support the Storage Center Manager in guiding and encouraging team members
Minimum qualifications
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Careful attention to detail
Physical requirements
The role includes physical activity such as spending long periods both indoors and outdoors, remaining in place for extended stretches, moving through the facility, reaching for and using tools, and handling at least 50 lbs with or without assistance.
