Stocking 1 Team Associate

Position Overview

This role is focused on delivering excellent customer service through diligent completion of assigned stocking tasks in a safe, organized, and clean work environment. The Associate works collaboratively as part of a team, organizing and executing responsibilities according to the workload and operational needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Offer friendly and polite customer assistance by greeting shoppers, promoting products and services, helping locate items, supporting purchase decisions, and addressing or escalating customer concerns appropriately.
• Assess and manage workload within designated store areas.
• Precisely sign and identify merchandise as required.
• Maintain proper shelf organization and uphold shelf capacity standards.
• Handle merchandise and bins related to the Customer Availability Process efficiently.
• Utilize correct fixtures, tools, and supplies to complete tasks effectively.
• Promote a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Prepare the backroom areas for stock unloading operations.

Compensation

The starting wage for this role is $17.75 per hour.

Required Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
