Solution Architect

Role Overview

As a Solution Architect based in Singapore, the primary responsibility is to guide customers through transformational journeys by offering visionary technical leadership throughout the sales process. Working closely with both internal teams and clients, the Solution Architect plays a crucial role in shaping and communicating recommendations that effectively align with clients' strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discovery workshops with enterprise customers from diverse industries to identify their pain points and goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by building and maintaining relationships with executive stakeholders across business and IT functions.
• Design and present tailored architectural solutions that address unique business needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee the entire solution cycle, coordinating efforts between technical and non-technical resources.
• Deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders ranging from operational teams to C-level executives, demonstrating the value of proposed solutions.
• Support ongoing relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring consistent communication of the benefits offered.
• Participate actively in team-building and professional development, including training and mentorship initiatives.
• Manage multi-resource sales cycles and demonstrate initiative and self-motivation to meet high-quality standards for deliverables.
• Travel as required to support customer engagements and project delivery.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, or similar, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Background in Design Thinking, business consulting methodologies, and enterprise architecture is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and modernizing applications.
• Proven experience conducting business value analysis and creating compelling business cases.
• Knowledge of industry-specific solutions, software applications, and operational best practices.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
• Demonstrated track record in solution engineering, consulting, delivery, or software training environments.
• Time management skills ideal for fast-paced team settings.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Professional certifications (such as VMware, cloud, or Kubernetes) are highly regarded.
• Industry experience in Financial Services, High-Tech, or Government is a plus.
• Fluent English communication.
