About the Role
Petstock Group seeks a creative and highly organised Social Media Coordinator to enhance the presence of the Petstock and PetPost brands on various social media platforms. Collaborating with the Social Media Specialist, this role involves supporting the development, execution, and management of captivating social content, community engagement, campaign delivery, and social analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across social media channels.
- Assist with content production, including photo shoots and creation of short-form videos.
- Support community management efforts by engaging with social audiences.
- Help maintain content calendars and contribute to the smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyse relevant industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights.
- Utilize social media management and listening tools to aid publishing, reporting, and monitoring.
Candidate Profile
- Strong enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Proven experience in creating social media content and short-form video materials.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Emplifi, Brandwatch, or Sprinklr.
- Having a marketing qualification is advantageous.
