Role Overview

The Social & Communication Lead role, based in Berlin, Germany, is a contract position with a hybrid work model combining onsite collaboration and remote work. This position is responsible for devising and executing communication plans that align with SUNDAZE LIFE’s goals. Key duties involve crafting narratives around the organization's events, projects, and alliances, authoring and refining press releases, developing content for both digital and offline channels, and maintaining a consistent brand voice at all engagement points. Moreover, this role requires coordinating with multiple teams to transform community insights into clear messaging, overseeing media and partner relations, and measuring the effectiveness and reach of communications. Additionally, the role supports the coordination of public communications, storytelling related to rituals and social health innovations, and the creation of communication protocols that encourage inclusion and community belonging.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities to articulate complex concepts with empathy and clarity.
• Proven experience writing and shaping engaging narratives across diverse formats and platforms.
• Strategic communication expertise, including planning and executing communication campaigns.
• Proficiency in generating and managing press releases and press relations.
• Skilled in internal communications to enhance coordination and transparency across varied teams.
• Genuine interest in community development, social health, or cultural projects.
• Experience working within hybrid setups and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
• Prior experience in communications, media, public relations, or allied disciplines.
