Role Overview

As a Shift Leader in Quality Inspection, you will be responsible for organizing, executing, monitoring, and documenting all inspection activities during manufacturing and assembly processes. Your duties include capturing and processing errors, initiating subsequent corrective actions with proper documentation, and systematically documenting initial sample inspections, acceptance tests, and special inspection assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee all quality inspection tasks within production and assembly.
• Identify and manage errors, initiate remediation processes, and ensure comprehensive documentation.
• Maintain continuous and structured documentation for initial sample tests, acceptance inspections, and special assignments.
• Prepare and implement qualification measures for quality inspectors.
• Contribute actively to the ongoing development and improvement of quality inspection procedures within the company.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in the metalworking trade.
• Further qualification as a technician or master craftsman is beneficial.
• Relevant professional experience in quality inspection.
• Initial experience in team leadership and familiarity with measurement and testing techniques are advantages.
• Proficient in standard MS Office applications and SAP systems.
• Fluent in German both spoken and written; English language skills are desirable.
• Structured and organized work approach.
• Willingness to work in two-shift systems.
