Service Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to perform general maintenance and repair work on bikes and scooters. The role involves thorough inspection, diagnosing issues, and servicing key components to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general servicing tasks for bikes and scooters, including routine check and replacement of engine oil, air filters, and oil filters.
• Inspect and maintain brakes, clutch, chain, battery, and tires to guarantee proper vehicle condition.
• Diagnose complaints and mechanical problems reported by customers.
• Assess and troubleshoot electrical issues such as lighting, horn, self-start system, and wiring.
• Repair or replace malfunctioning parts as required.
• Conduct periodic vehicle maintenance according to scheduled service intervals.
• Perform test rides to verify the resolution of identified problems.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately following the job card instructions.
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues and necessary part replacements in a clear and professional manner.

Additional Information

The monthly salary range offered for this position is between 10,000 and 15,000 INR.
