Responsibilities and Role Expectations

• Lead technically challenging water infrastructure projects across the lifecycle, from investigation and design through to construction.
• Manage contracts efficiently and maintain robust client relationships.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and developing engineers in the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in water, wastewater, or stormwater engineering.
• Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Natural Resources Engineering.
• Proficient technical skills in water infrastructure design and project execution.
• Hands-on experience with project delivery spanning investigation, design, and construction phases.
• Experience with contract management and nurturing client relationships.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring fellow engineers.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or actively pursuing professional registration.
