Candidate Profile and Expectations

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, a closely related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• A strong drive to create customer impact with a focus on long-term vision and iterative milestones.
• Minimum of five years of practical experience in production environments coding primarily in Java, Scala, or C++.
• Solid foundations in algorithms, data structures, and their practical applications.
• Hands-on exposure to building large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with SaaS architecture or service-oriented platforms.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with security practices and systems handling confidential data.
• Strong command of SQL.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role in Canada ranges between 146200 and 201100 CAD annually, reflecting non-commission roles. Final offers consider skills, expertise, certifications, and location. The total package may include eligibility for annual bonuses, equity awards, and other benefits tailored by region.
