Senior Service Engineer & Auditor

Role Overview

This position involves installing, inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of electronic equipment and systems. The Senior Service Engineer & Auditor must ensure that all equipment is maintained through both preventive and corrective measures to maintain optimal functionality.

Key Duties

• Carry out installation and troubleshooting of electronic systems and devices.
• Conduct scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Identify technical faults accurately and provide timely resolutions.
• Visit customer sites to perform servicing, inspections, and offer support.
• Lead technical and quality audits aligning with corporate standards and procedures.
• Generate detailed audit, service, and maintenance reports.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality benchmarks consistently.
• Collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff when needed.
• Keep organized records of services, manage spare parts inventory, and document audit findings thoroughly.
• Suggest improvements to operational processes to boost service quality and efficiency.
• Offer prompt responses to emergency service calls and support activities post-sales.
