Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining the strategic vision, roadmap, and outcomes for a critical segment of Rithum's commerce platform. This role demands an independent operator who can navigate ambiguous situations and unite cross-functional teams under a common direction. Expertise in the product domain and utilizing AI-powered features is essential to shaping innovative commerce solutions for major global retailers and brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and lead the development of the world’s premier eCommerce platform using AI-first techniques to speed discovery, decision-making, and delivery.
• Analyze qualitative data such as client interviews, support cases, and surveys with AI tools to detect themes, opportunities, and priorities that influence product strategy.
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve business workflows, team efficiency, and coherence between client needs and company goals.
• Manage product roadmap prioritization autonomously by determining scope, sequence, and trade-offs, informed by AI-assisted insights and data analysis.
• Utilize AI to prototype and test product ideas and workflows including user flows, wireframes, and mockups before committing engineering resources.
• Lead the complete product development lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and strong collaboration across teams.
• Accelerate product documentation processes with AI while maintaining editorial quality and clarity.
• Monitor development progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and support testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Act as the advocate for clients by promptly addressing inquiries and cultivating trust-based relationships.
• Influence and align stakeholders from design, engineering, and other functions to maintain high standards and rapid delivery.
• Collaborate across organizational levels to secure alignment on product initiatives balancing urgency with resources.
• Employ AI-driven data analysis tools to make swift, evidence-based product decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive product management experience in SaaS, focusing on complex enterprise products, ideally in eCommerce or marketplace platforms.
• Demonstrated ability managing AI-enhanced products, workflows, or data & insights solutions.
• Expertise overseeing the full product lifecycle, including goal-setting, measuring success, and assessing feature business impact.
• Experience managing strategic execution across integrated software ecosystems and unifying multiple platforms.
• Ability to support team projects, ensuring goal alignment and providing technical collaboration.
• Proficient use of AI to analyze qualitative feedback (customer interviews, support tickets, surveys) into actionable insights.
• Skilled in rapid prototyping of product concepts with AI-generated user flows, wireframes, or mockups.
• Proven application of AI to streamline documentation processes such as PRDs and release notes without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools for natural language data querying, chart interpretation, and anomaly detection to facilitate quicker decisions.
• Strong communication with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Effective presentation skills for conveying product strategies to all organizational levels.
• A data-driven mindset with proficiency in product analytics.
• Experience engaging with large commerce clients.
• Positive and growth-oriented with a strong action bias.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adapting messages to diverse audiences.
• Aptitude for simplifying complex technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders.
• Capable of managing multiple projects in fast-paced conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
• More than 5 years of product management experience.
• Experience at top technology firms or rapidly scaling startups, especially in eCommerce.
• An entrepreneurial or founder mindset.
• Exposure to global product management teams.

Additional Information

Travel expectations include up to 10% travel.

This position’s typical base salary ranges from $130,000 to $195,000 annually, depending on location, skills, and experience, accompanied by a discretionary bonus of approximately 10% of the base salary.
