Senior Planning Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Planning Manager to join a prestigious international project delivery team based in Riyadh. This pivotal position involves managing the planning aspects of a landmark development in the city, ensuring effective coordination between clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and sustain the master schedule for a substantial construction program.
• Work collaboratively with clients and project stakeholders to manage delivery timelines.
• Identify project risks and develop recovery strategies to maintain progress.
• Provide detailed and transparent reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing planning for major building or infrastructure projects.
• High proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Background in consultancy, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), or roles within project delivery firms.
• Exemplary skills in stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Prior exposure to large-scale projects within the Middle East is strongly preferred.
• Availability for immediate or very rapid mobilisation.
