Role Summary

As the inaugural Senior Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Consultant based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be pivotal in establishing and expanding Workday's HCM footprint across KSA and the broader META region. This role involves partnering with sales teams and diverse internal stakeholders to promote Workday’s innovative HR technology solutions and to foster customer success throughout the sales lifecycle and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive technical sales engagements, conducting detailed discovery, customized demonstrations, and strategic vision workshops tailored to KSA and the META markets.
• Collaborate with sales to identify and cultivate new landmark clients, positioning Workday as the premier choice for HCM platforms.
• Create scalable, repeatable presales strategies and materials tailored for the local market.
• Develop compelling, interactive demos that illustrate the "Future of Work" and highlight the transformational potential of Workday’s HCM solutions.
• Drive proactive health checks and optimization initiatives to identify untapped system capabilities, maximizing long-term value and retention.
• Translate complex technical needs and local regulatory requirements into clear, outcome-oriented digital transformation proposals.
• Present persuasive executive-level briefings and demonstrations to senior leaders including CHROs and IT executives.
• Act as a knowledgeable advisor on artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions within Workday, enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Represent Workday at regional forums and share thought leadership on HCM innovations and workforce trends.
• Clearly communicate the principles and benefits of Workday’s "Trustworthy AI," ensuring compliance, security, and ethical automation.
• Integrate market feedback into global product and go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with product management, services, marketing, and value management teams.
• Partner with ecosystem allies including implementation firms and industry influencers to support successful deployment and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in presales or solution consulting within cloud-based HCM or HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
• Extensive HCM domain knowledge across Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, or Workforce Management.
• Proven experience engaging with enterprise or large mid-market organizations in the Middle East, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong understanding of KSA labor laws, nationalization policies, and distinctions between public and private sectors.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with the acumen to clearly present complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Outstanding storytelling and presentation abilities, capable of engaging C-level audiences and facilitating engaging workshops.
• Expert skills in value-based discovery and selling, effectively translating business drivers into compelling solutions and ROI narratives.
• Comfortable managing objections and orchestrating multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
• Deep interest and knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI applicability in enterprise HCM platforms with the ability to explain their commercial value in an accessible and contextually relevant manner.

• Role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with up to 50% travel expected across KSA, Gulf countries, and the wider META region.
