This position, opening at a partner company in Ireland, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of a cutting-edge Web3 technology brand. The role blends brand strategy, digital innovation, and cultural understanding to craft engaging visuals for crypto-savvy global audiences.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of visual branding in collaboration with marketing leaders, balancing adherence to brand standards with innovative creative approaches.
Produce high-quality digital designs for websites, social media channels, marketing campaigns, industry events, and community initiatives targeting Web3 users.
Create content optimized for crypto-centric platforms including Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, tailored to audience behaviors and trends.
Generate visually engaging works inspired by digital culture and meme trends while maintaining brand integrity and professionalism.
Stay abreast of emerging design methods, technological advancements, and Web3 developments to adapt creative strategies swiftly.
Oversee creative project management, streamline workflows, and coordinate with internal teams, freelance designers, and external agencies.
Organize and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries to support international expansion.
Lead visual design efforts including conferences, industry events, and community engagements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and community teams to uphold a unified design language across all touchpoints.

Requirements

At least 5 years of leadership experience in graphic design with a digital-first design portfolio.
Preferred experience within Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, technology, or similar innovative digital sectors.
In-depth knowledge of crypto-native culture, meme phenomena, and platforms like Crypto Twitter.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or comparable design software.
Capability to deliver high-quality creative assets promptly amid shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Experience developing scalable design assets, templates, and maintaining organized design libraries.
Proven ability to manage creative workflows and work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, agencies, and freelancers.
Strong storytelling through visuals, translating complex ideas into accessible, compelling designs.
Highly creative mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and willingness to experiment while preserving brand coherence.
