Job Overview

We are searching for a Senior Analyst to join the Americas Business FP&A team, focusing on financial support for the Industrials practices. This role merges finance, strategy, analytics, and business performance to guide strategic decisions that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and present key performance metrics to business and finance leadership.
• Collaborate with senior executives to convert financial information into actionable commercial strategies.
• Summarize results to track progress against annual objectives and assist with practice forecasting.
• Advance core financial procedures using modern technologies including Tableau and AI tools like ChatGPT and other LLM-based systems.
• Enhance efficiencies, accuracy, and quality in operations and reporting continuously.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in consulting, finance, or analytical roles.

Skills and Attributes

• Excellent analytical abilities with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proficient in financial forecasting, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis.
• Intellectually curious with a drive to tackle challenges and devise innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively advise stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Technical Proficiencies

• Advanced expertise with Microsoft Excel, including handling and manipulating large data sets with complex formulas; macro skills are a plus.
• Competent in PowerPoint for summarizing and presenting key insights.
• Experience or willingness to develop skills in Tableau, SQL, PowerBI or similar data visualization/analysis tools.
• Knowledge or interest in applying GPT/LLM AI tools for financial analysis and automation is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is $89,000 to $115,000, dependent on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, location, and minimum wage requirements. Performance-based incentives may also be offered.
