Senior Facility Management Estimation Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Facility Management (FM) Estimation Engineer to become a vital member of our expanding team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will focus on preparing precise cost estimates and commercial proposals related to FM services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates and commercial offers for Facility Management services.
• Examine tender documents, specifications, and scopes of work meticulously.
• Carries out site visits and measurement calculations when necessary.
• Liaise with operations, procurement, and technical teams to craft competitive bids.
• Elicit and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Spot opportunities to reduce costs while ensuring full compliance with client standards.
• Support the tender submission process and respond to commercial queries.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, including disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or closely related fields.
• A minimum of seven years’ professional experience in FM estimation, cost analysis, and tendering.
• Comprehensive understanding of both Hard and Soft Facility Management services.
• Familiarity with Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM), FM contracts, and pricing methodologies is preferable.
• Strong analytical abilities combined with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and usage of dedicated estimation software.
