Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science initiatives from ideation and development through deployment and ongoing support.
• Set and raise operational quality standards for the data science group.
• Work closely with operations, engineering, and service teams to integrate and manage machine learning applications effectively.
• Communicate complex technical findings in an accessible way to various stakeholders to inform decision-making and knowledge sharing.
• Identify straightforward, practical solutions when advanced modeling is unnecessary.
• Promote continuous learning and knowledge exchange across teams to foster innovation.
• Clarify and guide complex data science efforts to enhance understanding and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• At least five years of professional experience in data science, demonstrating the ability to develop models that generate actionable insights.
• Strong skills in data science libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, and plotly.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods, particularly time series analysis.
• Dedication to quality through implementing testing and maintaining engineering standards in data science processes.
• Outstanding communication aptitude, able to effectively engage both technical experts and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive learner with enthusiasm for adopting and utilizing LLM technologies.
