Role Summary

The Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting data to support Docusign's top-line growth and customer retention. Passionate about data storytelling, you will uncover patterns and trends through advanced analytics tools, delivering insights tailored to diverse audiences. Collaborating closely with field sales and customer success teams, you will translate complex data into clear narratives that enable strategic decision-making and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion data-driven decision making by promoting curiosity and continuous improvement to identify new opportunities for business growth and efficiency.
• Support escalation cases and enhancement requests by quantifying their impact and prioritizing solutions based on data analysis.
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques and AI tools to enhance reporting automation and accelerate insights for sales and business leaders.
• Analyze large datasets proactively using SQL and AI-assisted analytics platforms to detect trends and solve intricate business challenges.
• Collaborate with product managers to develop predictive models, key performance indicators, and AI-driven insights to advance analytics and broaden data accessibility.
• Create executive-level dashboards and visual reports to showcase customer health, usage patterns, and growth opportunities for account teams.
• Drive initiatives around AI-powered automation, self-service analytics platforms, and data governance to boost efficiency, scalability, and the quality of insights.

Work Arrangement

This position follows a hybrid model requiring presence in the office a minimum of two days per week, with the remaining work performed remotely. This arrangement might vary across different teams but typically involves weekly office attendance.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years experience working as a data analyst.
• Proficient in Tableau, Salesforce, and Snowflake platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI models and tools to streamline data analytics and generate actionable insights.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with extensive data sets.
• Familiarity with sales lifecycles, particularly in the SaaS industry.
